Gazpacho Shrimp Salad

  1. combine salad greens, tomato, avocado and cucumber in a large bowl.
  2. combine salsa, balsamic vinegar, garlic and olive oil in a small bowl.
  3. add salt and black pepper if desired
  4. add dressing to salad greens and toss well.
  5. transfer to salad plates, top salads with shrimp.
  6. sprinkle with cilantro.
