• 1 (4 serving size) pkg. Jell-O
• coconut cream flavor or vanilla flavor instant pudding and pie filling *
• 1 pkg. (2 larger size) white cake mix
• 4 eggs
• 1/2 c. water
• 1/4 c. oil
• 1 c. flaked coconut

1. Blend all ingredients

4. large mixer bowl. Beat 4 minutes at medium speed of electric mixer.

8. layer pans.
9. Bake at 350u0b0 for 25 to 30 minutestr
10. until cakes spring back when lightly pressed.
11. Do not underbake.
