Cornbread Dressing

  1. Make up one recipe of cornbread and bake.
  2. Boil 4 to 6 pieces chicken in water until tender.
  3. Take off bone.
  4. Save broth.
  5. Cut up onions and celery.
  6. Boil in small amount of water until tender or cook in microwave with small amount of water about 8 minutes or so. Beat eggs well.
  7. Add broth to breads to soften.
  8. Add all ingredients together.
  9. Grease a large baking dish with butter or spray with Pam.
  10. Bake at 350u0b0 until brown and knife comes out clean.
  11. Halve recipe to make smaller amount.
