Special Individual Cheesecakes

  1. Cream 1 cup sugar and cream cheese.
  2. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well, about
  3. 10
  4. to
  5. 15 minutes.
  6. Add 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla.
  7. Pour
  8. mixture
  9. into
  10. foil
  11. lined
  12. baking cups which have paper
  13. separators.
  14. Fill
  15. about 3/4 full.
  16. Bake for 40 minutes at 300u0b0
  17. .
  18. Cheesecakes
  19. will
  20. rise,
  21. but
  22. will not brown.
  23. Take out of oven
  24. and cool for 5 minutes.
  25. A hole will form in center
  26. of cheesecakes.
  27. Combine
  28. sour cream, 1/2 cup sugar and 1/4 teaspoon vanilla;
  29. put
  30. about
  31. one
  32. or two teaspoons of mixture into the hole that forms in each cheesecake. Add 1 teaspoon jelly
  33. or
  34. pie filling on top.
  35. Return to oven and bake for 5 minutes.
  36. Makes 24 cheesecakes.
