Skipper'S Tater Tots Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Grease a 2 quart oblong casserole.
  3. In a 2-quart saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and cook green pepper and onion until tender but not brown.
  4. Stir in flour, salt, dill seed, and pepper until blended.
  5. Gradually stir in milk, liquid drained from mushroom can, and Worcestershire sauce.
  6. Cook, stirring constantly, until smooth and thickened.
  7. Add tuna, peas, and mushrooms.
  8. Return to boil and spoon mixture into casserole.
  9. Arrange frozen tater tots in a single layer on top.
  10. Bake for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly in the center.
