Country Ham Stuffing

  1. Place stuffing into a large bowl; set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook ham in butter for 5 to 10 minutes or until edges are crisp.
  3. Remove with a slotted spoon and place over stuffing.
  4. In the same skillet, saute the onion, celery, sage, thyme and pepper until vegetables are tender.
  5. Toss with bread and ham.
  6. Stir in enough broth to moisten.
  7. Bake in a covered baking dish at 325u0b0 for 70 minutes (uncover for the last 10 minutes) or stuff a turkey (12 to 14 pound).
  8. Very good stuffing, even my Dad likes this.
