Beef Mushroom Noodle Soup
- 4 1/2 qt. water
- 6 Tbsp. beef bouillon
- 8 oz. white mushrooms
- 1 c. mushroom juice (from canned mushrooms)
- 1/2 c. onions, chopped fine
- 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped fine
- 1 tsp. season salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 8 oz. Kluski noodles, broken into small pieces
- 8 oz. ground beef
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- Chop mushrooms fine. Add chopped onions and pepper.
- Cook in pan with butter until tender, about 5 minutes.
- Brown ground beef. Add the water and bring to a boil, letting it simmer for about 40 minutes, adding the noodles, spices and mushroom juice for the last 15 minutes of cooking. Serves a large group.
