Wonderful Creamy Broccoli Soup

  1. Cook noodles for 10 to 12 minutes.
  2. Do not salt water.
  3. Drain. Saute onions, celery and carrots in butter until soft.
  4. In large kettle, bring chicken broth to boil.
  5. Add frozen broccoli, ham, parsley, garlic and veggies.
  6. Stir well and bring to a boil.
  7. Add cooked noodles and cheese.
  8. Reduce heat to low.
  9. When cheese is melted, add milk.
  10. Heat thoroughly, but do not boil.
  11. Serves 10 to 12.
