Spaghetti Sauce
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 large onion
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cans tomato sauce
- 2 cans water
- 2 cans tomato paste
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. sweet basil leaf
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. Romano cheese
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/2 c. tomato sauce or ketchup
- 3 tsp. butter (fresh)
- 1 c. water
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. mustard (preferably dry)
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper
- Doesn't seem like a lot, but remember, all the ingredients were fresh.
- The ketchup was homemade, and so was the tomato sauce.
