Cheesy Beef-Stuffed Shells

  1. Combine water and salt in a Dutch oven.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Add macaroni shells, cook 15 to 18 minutes or just until tender; drain and set aside.
  4. Cook ground beef, onion and garlic in a large skillet until beef is browned, stirring to crumble meat.
  5. Drain off pan drippings and stir in the next 5 ingredients and set aside.
  6. Combine spaghetti sauce and Burgundy; spoon 1/4 of sauce into a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
  7. Set aside remaining sauce.
  8. Stuff macaroni shells with beef mixture and arrange in baking dish.
  9. Spoon remaining sauce over shells. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  10. Bake, uncovered, at 400u0b0 for 20 minutes.
