Hunter-Style Lamb Stew

  1. Spray a large skillet or saucepan with cooking spray; place over medium-high heat.
  2. Add lamb cubes and garlic; cook 5 minutes, or until lamb is evenly browned, stirring frequently.
  3. Add apple juice, 1/2 cup broth, rosemary, pepper and sage; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 1 hour, or until lamb is tender.
