Spareribs Delicious

  1. Cut ribs into serving size pieces.
  2. Place in a large Dutch oven.
  3. Add water to cover, onion, celery, peppercorns and salt. Bring to a boil; cover.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer 40 minutes.
  5. Drain well.
  6. Place ribs, meaty side down on a rack in a roasting pan. Combine chili sauce and remaining ingredients; stir well.
  7. Brush half of sauce on ribs.
  8. Bake, uncovered, at 375u0b0 for 25 minutes. Turn ribs; baste with remaining sauce.
  9. Bake an additional 50 minutes or until ribs are tender.
  10. Makes 4 servings.
