Vegetarian Chili

  1. Saute celery, green pepper, onion and garlic in cooking spray for two to three minutes.
  2. Add bulgur, bouillon, tomato juice, tomato paste, spices and soy sauce.
  3. Bring to boil; cover and simmer on low for 20 minutes.
  4. Add beans.
  5. Cook gently until desired consistency.
  6. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
  7. One gram of fat per serving.
