Bride'S Dinner(Pork Chops)

  1. Combine bread cubes, egg, butter, seasonings and onion.
  2. Shape into four balls.
  3. Place chops in shallow baking pan.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  5. Place one ball of stuffing on each chop. Core apples.
  6. Set in pan with chops.
  7. Combine raisins, sugar and cinnamon.
  8. Fill centers of apples.
  9. Roll sweet potatoes in melted butter.
  10. Place in pan with chops and apples.
  11. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  12. Bake 1 1/2 hours in 350u0b0 oven.
  13. Serves 4.
