Lasagna(Serves 6 To 8)

  1. Brown meat slowly; spoon off excess fat.
  2. Add next 5 ingredients plus water.
  3. Simmer covered for about 15 minutes. (During this time, cook noodles in boiling salted water.)
  4. Beat eggs; add remaining ingredients except Mozzarella.
  5. Layer 1/2 the noodles in greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish.
  6. Spread 1/2 the cottage cheese/egg mixture over noodles.
  7. Layer with 1/2 the Mozzarella cheese, then 1/2 the meat mixture.
  8. Repeat with other half of the noodles, cottage cheese/egg mixture, Mozzarella cheese and meat sauce.
  9. Bake at 375u0b0 for 30 minutes.
  10. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
