Cauliflower Casserole With Stuffing Topping

  1. Cook and drain cauliflower.
  2. Place in a 2-quart casserole.
  3. Melt butter, stir in flour and cook a few minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. Remove from heat and blend in milk.
  5. Return to stove and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  6. Simmer until thickened.
  7. Add salt and pepper.
  8. Pour over cauliflower in casserole.
  9. Topping: Combine stuffing mix, water and butter.
  10. Spoon on top of casserole, pressing down.
  11. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
