Mondel Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Place tin foil on 2 cookie sheets. Beat eggs well until thick.
  3. Add sugar, oil, almond and vanilla extract and orange juice.
  4. Beat well; add flour and baking powder to egg mixture one cup at a time, mixing well.
  5. Add nuts and chocolate chips.
  6. Divide dough by spooning onto cookie sheets 3-inches wide by 1-inch thick.
  7. Bake 35 to 45 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Remove and cut into pieces.
  9. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Return to oven and bake 8 minutes until brown.
  10. Turn over and repeat.
  11. Cool and put in tight containers.
