Lasagna With Raw Noodles
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. basil flakes
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 3 1/2 c. water
- 1 large pkg. lasagna noodles
- 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/2 lb. cottage cheese
- Brown hamburger and onion; mix all ingredients except last 5, together.
- Let simmer 15 minutes (will be thin).
- Combine Mozzarella cheese, Cheddar cheese, egg and cottage cheese.
- Put a layer of sauce on the bottom of a 9 x 12-inch pan, then a layer of noodles, sauce, cottage cheese mixture, dry cheese and end with Mozzarella cheese mixture.
- Make this up 12 to 24 hours prior to baking.
- Put in fridge for 12 to 24 hours.
- Bake 1 hour and 20 minutes at 325u0b0.
- Uncover last 10 minutes.
