Pork Tenderloin With Peppercorns
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 tsp. peppercorns
- 2 pork tenderloins (5 oz. each)
- 2 more Tbsp. margarine
- 1 tsp. flour
- salt and pepper
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. horseradish
- mustard
- Melt
- 2
- tablespoons margarine in a 10-inch Dutch oven. Press peppercorns
- into
- both
- sides
- of meat.
- Add steaks to Dutch oven and
- cooktor
- 5 minutes on each side.
- While the steakstre cooking
- prepare
- sauce
- as
- follows:
- In a small saucepantelt 2
- tablespoons margarine.
- Stir in flour, salt and pepper.tdd milk.
- Cook and stir until thick and bubbly. Cook and stir for 2 more
- minutes.
- Stir
- in
- horseradish and mustard.tut steaks on plates and pour sauce over them.
