  14. as
  15. follows:
  16. In a small saucepantelt 2
  17. tablespoons margarine.
  18. Stir in flour, salt and pepper.tdd milk.
  19. Cook and stir until thick and bubbly. Cook and stir for 2 more
  20. minutes.
  21. Stir
  22. in
  23. horseradish and mustard.tut steaks on plates and pour sauce over them.
