Quick And Easy Chicken Chow Mein

  1. In large skillet, combine chicken, celery, onion, red pepper, bouillon, sugar, pepper, 1 1/2 cups water and soy sauce.
  2. Bring to a boil; reduce heat.
  3. Cover; simmer 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
  4. Stir in bean sprouts.
  5. In small bowl combine cornstarch and 1/4 cup water until smooth.
  6. Over medium-high heat, carefully add to skillet mixture, stirring constantly until thickened.
  7. Serve over chow mein noodles.
  8. Yields 4 servings.
