Squash Loaves

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Grease two 8 1/2 x 4 1/4-inch loaf pans well.
  3. In a large bowl with fork, mix the first 8 ingredients.
  4. In medium bowl with fork, beat eggs, squash and salad oil until blended.
  5. Stir into flour mixture just until flour is moistened. Pour batter into greased pans.
  6. Bake 1 hour or until toothpick in center comes out clean.
  7. Cool loaves in pans on wire racks 10 minutes.
  8. Remove from pans and cool completely on racks.
