Sweetheart Steaks

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the first 15 ingredients. Bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Set aside 1/4 cup sauce for serving and keep warm.
  3. Place steaks on a broiler pan; top with some of the remaining sauce. Broil 4 to 6 inches from the heat for 10 to 16 minutes on each side or until meat reaches desired doneness, basting occasionally with remaining sauce.
  4. Serve with reserved sauce.
