Baked Spaghetti
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 lg. can diced Italian tomatoes
- 1 sm. c. tomato paste
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. oregano (or to taste)
- 1 - 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. salt, or to taste
- other spices, as desired
- 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese, more if desired
- 1 sm. box spaghetti noodles
- Saute beef, onion, green pepper.
- Drain off fat.
- Add other ingredients and cook until well done.
- Add additional seasonings, as preferred.
- Cook noodles and drain well.
- Mix noodles and spaghetti sauce together.
- Stir well.
- Pour into a glass baking dish (large).
- Top with cheese.
- Bake in moderate oven, 350u0b0, until cheese browns slightly.
