Beef And Cheese Casserole

  1. Break beef up slightly and saute.
  2. Drain away fat.
  3. Add tomato sauce, oregano, salt and pepper.
  4. Bring 4 cups water and 1 tablespoon salt to boil in large kettle.
  5. Add noodles and bring to full boil.
  6. Boil 2 minutes, stirring.
  7. Remove from heat.
  8. Cover and let stand 10 minutes.
  9. Drain and rinse in hot water.
  10. Put 1/2 the noodles in shallow baking dish.
  11. Mix all remaining ingredients (except meat) and pour over noodles.
  12. Add other 1/2 of noodles and pour meat mixture on top.
