Cheese And Ham Quiche

  1. Heat oven to 425u0b0.
  2. Prepare pastry shell and bake 7 minutes. Remove from oven; reduce oven temperature to 325u0b0.
  3. Sprinkle ham and cheeses into partially-baked shell.
  4. In medium bowl, beat eggs until well blended.
  5. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour over cheeses.
  6. Bake 35 to 45 minutes, until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
  7. Cover edges of pie shell with tinfoil while baking the second time to avoid too dark edges.
  8. Cool 5 to 10 minutes; cut into wedges.
  9. Serves 6.
