Turkey-Rice Meatballs

  1. Prepare rice according to package directions to make one cup cooked rice; set aside to cool.
  2. Combine ground turkey, egg, parsley, sage, thyme, salt, pepper and onion.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Add cooked rice to meat mixture; mix well.
  5. Shape mixture into 2-inch balls.
  6. Heat olive oil in large skillet.
  7. Brown meatballs on all sides.
  8. Cover and cook about 10 minutes.
  9. Remove from skillet.
