Peanut Butter 'N Banana Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. With electric beater, cream together sugar and butter until light and fluffy.
  3. Add bananas and eggs, beating until well mixed.
  4. Sift together dry ingredients 3 times. Blend with banana mixture but do not overmix.
  5. Pour into 2 lightly greased loaf pans.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until firm in the centers and the edges begin to separate from pans.
  7. Cool on a rack for 10 minutes before removing from pans.
  8. These freeze beautifully.
