Crab Puffs Supreme
- 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat, drained and flaked
- 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. (1 stick) butter or margarine
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. flour
- 4 eggs
- Preheat oven to 400u0b0.
- Combine first 5 ingredients in medium bowl and mix well.
- Combine water, butter and salt in large saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat and immediately add flour, beating until mixture leaves sides of pan and forms ball.
- Add eggs, one at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition.
- Thoroughly blend in crab mixture.
- Drop by small teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350u0b0 and bake 10 minutes more.
- Makes 4 dozen.
