Milk Chocolate Torte

  1. Heat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. In a small bowl, chill frosting mix (dry) and whipping cream for 1 hour.
  3. Grease and flour jelly roll pan. Prepare cake mix as directed on package.
  4. Pour batter into pan. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
  5. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan and cool completely.
  6. Cut cake crosswise in half.
  7. Blend frosting mix and cream; beat until stiff.
  8. Fill layer with 1/2 the frosting mixture and almonds.
  9. Top cake with the rest of frosting mixture and almonds.
  10. Freeze at least 8 hours.
  11. Cut into 3 x 1 1/2-inch pieces.
  12. Serve with warm sauce.
  13. Makes approximately 15 servings.
