Don'T Peek Chicken
- 1 c. uncooked white rice
- 1/2 c. uncooked brown rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 tsp. A.1. sauce
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1 soup can cold water (slightly more if needed)
- 1 garlic clove, mashed
- 1 tsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 (3 1/2 to 4 lb.) cut up fryer chicken
- paprika for sprinkling
- salt and pepper
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
- Spray 13 x 9-inch pan with Pam.
- Mix 1st eleven ingredients together in large bowl.
- Pour in baking pan.
- Press chicken into mixture.
- Sprinkle top with paprika. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 2 1/2 hours.
- Do not open cover (not even to peek) during baking.
