Smoky Ribs

  1. Combine first 8 ingredients; set aside.
  2. Cut ribs into serving size pieces; place in a large Dutch oven. Cover ribs with water. Add garlic salt and pepper. Bring water to a boil; cover and reduce heat. Cook over slow coals 45 minutes or to desired doneness, turning frequently. Brush ribs with sauce during last 15 minutes. Heat remaining sauce and serve with ribs. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
