Mint Chocolate Cream Puffs

  1. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Set aside. In a small saucepan, combine water and margarine.
  3. Bring to boiling.
  4. Add flour all at once, stirring vigorously.
  5. Cook and stir until mixture forms a ball that doesn't separate.
  6. Remove from heat.
  7. Cool for 5 minutes.
  8. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition with a wooden spoon until mixture is shiny and smooth.
  9. Drop mixture into 8 mounds 3 inches apart on the baking sheet.
