Spinach Quiche

  1. Preheat oven to 425u0b0.
  2. Fry bacon; drain and crumble into pie shell.
  3. Cook chopped onion in bacon grease until brown; drain and add to pie shell.
  4. Spoon thawed spinach into shell and top with shredded cheese.
  5. Mix together eggs, cream, milk and seasonings and pour over pie fillings.
  6. Bake at 425u0b0 for 15 minutes, reduce heat to 300u0b0 and continue baking about 45 minutes or until knife inserted halfway from center to edge comes out clean.
