Martha Stewart'S Chinese Noodles With Sesame Dressing

  1. Cook 1 package (8 oz) thin Chinese noodles according to package directions. Drain; rinse under cold water until completely cool. Transfer to a large bowl; toss with 1 Tbs vegetable oil.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together 1/4 c fresh lime juice, 2 Tbs soy sauce, 1 tsp toasted sesame oil, 2 tsp light brown sugar, and 1/8 to 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper; whisk in 3 Tbs chopped fresh cilantro.
  3. Pour over noodles, season with coarse salt and ground pepper.
  4. Toss and serve.
