Orange Cranberry Bread (Amish Starter)

  1. Mix together the wet ingredients, then stir in the dry ingredients - adding the cranberries, zest and pecans last.
  2. Pour into 5 greased mini loaf pans and bake at 325 for 45-50 minutes.
