Beef And Vegetable Stir-Fry

  1. Slice beef very thin in bite size strips.
  2. Add cooking oil to preheated hot wok (high heat).
  3. Stir-fry broccoli, carrots and onion in hot oil for 2 minutes or until crisp-tender.
  4. Remove from wok.
  5. Add more oil, if necessary, before stir-frying the beef strips (fry only 1/2 of the portion of beef strips at a time) in hot oil (high heat) for 2 to 3 minutes.
  6. Return all meat to wok. Add peas, water chestnuts and bamboo shoots.
