Cinnamon Rolls

  1. Cook pudding according to directions, using milk.
  2. Remove from heat; stir in margarine and cool to lukewarm, stirring occasionally.
  3. Dissolve yeast in water and stir in pudding.
  4. Beat in eggs and salt.
  5. Add 1 1/2 cups flour and beat with mixer about 4 minutes.
  6. Stir in enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Turn out onto floured board and knead 3 to 5 minutes.
  7. Place in greased bowl; cover and let rise until doubles.
  8. Punch down.
  9. Roll dough into rectangle.
  10. Brush with melted margarine; sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
  11. Roll up in jelly roll and seal edges.
  12. Slice 1 1/2-inch slices.
  13. Bake at 350u0b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
  14. Drizzle with glaze.
  15. Sprinkle with nuts.
