Cinnamon Rolls
- 1 (4 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding mix
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 2 envelopes dry yeast
- 1/2 c. warm water
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 5 to 5 1/2 c. flour
- Cook pudding according to directions, using milk.
- Remove from heat; stir in margarine and cool to lukewarm, stirring occasionally.
- Dissolve yeast in water and stir in pudding.
- Beat in eggs and salt.
- Add 1 1/2 cups flour and beat with mixer about 4 minutes.
- Stir in enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Turn out onto floured board and knead 3 to 5 minutes.
- Place in greased bowl; cover and let rise until doubles.
- Punch down.
- Roll dough into rectangle.
- Brush with melted margarine; sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
- Roll up in jelly roll and seal edges.
- Slice 1 1/2-inch slices.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Drizzle with glaze.
- Sprinkle with nuts.
