Breakfast Burritos

  1. Coat a small nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium heat until hot.
  2. Add bell pepper and onion; cook 2 minutes stirring constantly.
  3. Combine egg substitute and cumin; stir well and pour into skillet.
  4. Cook until almost set stirring frequently. Stir in ham.
  5. Remove from heat; set aside and keep warm.
  6. Wrap tortillas in aluminum foil and heat at 325u0b0 for 15 minutes. Spread half of egg mixture down center of each tortilla and top each with 2 tablespoons cheese and 1 tablespoon picante sauce. Fold sides over; serve warm.
  7. Contains 209 calories.
