Chocolate Cheesecake

  1. Sprinkle chocolate wafer crumbs in bottom of a 7-inch spring-form pan.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Position knife blade in food processor.
  4. Add cream cheese and next 7 ingredients, mixing until smooth.
  5. Add egg and mix until blended.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips. Pour mixture over crumbs in pan.
  7. Bake at 300u0b0 for 65 to 70 minutes or until set.
  8. Let cool in pan.
  9. Cover and chill at least 8 hours. Remove sides of pan and serve.
  10. Makes 12 servings.
