Paradise Fruit Bowl
- 2 small pkg. vanilla pudding mix (not instant)
- 2 small pkg. tapioca pudding mix
- 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained (but save juice)
- 1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail, drained (but save juice)
- 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained (but save juice)
- 1 small jar maraschino cherries, drained (but save juice)
- 3 large bananas
- 1 tsp. orange extract
- Drain and reserve all juices; add enough water to make 6 cups of liquid.
- In large saucepan, place liquid, extract and pudding mixes.
- Bring to full boil.
- Let cool approximately 30 minutes, then add all fruits except bananas.
- Place in refrigerator until cool.
- Before serving, slice bananas and mix carefully.
- Very good.
- Very attractive fruit salad.
