Frozen Fruit Salad(Alaska)

  1. Drain fruit cocktail and pineapple (save juices).
  2. Soften gelatine in juices; heat to dissolve.
  3. Cool; set aside.
  4. Add fruit to gelatine mixture.
  5. Let set until soft set; add nuts and mini marshmallows.
  6. Fold in 1/2 pint whipping cream (whipped).
  7. Pour into mold.
  8. A large tube pan works well.
  9. Freeze overnight.
  10. Will keep frozen for quite some time; to loosen from mold, set in warm water.
  11. Turn onto plate and slice.
