Lo-Fat Moussaka

  1. Slice the eggplant into 1/2-inch slices.
  2. Salt and let sit for 15 minutes.
  3. Rinse; wipe dry.
  4. Place slices on a well-oiled cookie sheet, turning each slice to cover with oil. Bake at 350u0b0 for 10 minutes.
