Burrito Casserole

  1. Fry meat; add taco seasoning and refried beans.
  2. Mix well. Spoon this filling into shells and roll up.
  3. Mix mushroom soup and sour cream together.
  4. Spoon small amount of this mixture in/on bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.
  5. Lay filled shells, seam side down, in pan.
  6. Spoon and spread remaining soup/sour cream mixture over filled shells.
  7. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
  8. Bake at 350u0b0 for 1/2 hour or until cheese is melted and mixture is bubbly.
  9. May drizzle taco sauce over top, if desired.
  10. Serve with chopped vegetables listed above and with salsa.
  11. One package of 10 burrito shells makes two 13 x 9-inch pans full.
