Five Bean Bake

  1. Make the sauce by combining the tomato sauce, water, sugar, mustard and salt.
  2. In a large pot, brown the sausage and onions. Add the celery and continue cooking until vegetables are clear. Add the sauce mixture.
  3. Drain all of the beans.
  4. (If you prefer a spicy taste, do not drain the chili beans.)
  5. Add the beans and simmer 5 minutes.
  6. Pour the mixture into a deep 9 x 13-inch pan. Fry, drain and dice the bacon; sprinkle over the top.
  7. Bake 1 hour at 350u0b0.
