South Of Border Flip
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. tomato sauce
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 1 c. red kidney beans
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 pkg. frozen corn, thawed
- 1 head shredded lettuce
- 1 onion, diced or green onion
- 2 c. sour cream
- 3 tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 c. green olives, sliced
- Mexican hot sauce
- 2 pkg. cornbread
- Brown beef and drain off fat.
- Add tomato sauce and taco seasoning.
- Simmer a few minutes.
- Spread meat sauce in pan, then layer drained beans, cheese and corn.
- Prepare corn bread and spread on top.
- Bake at 375u0b0 for 30 minutes or until done.
- Top each serving with lettuce, tomato, onion, sour cream and hot sauce.
