Chicken Divan
- 3 to 4 chicken breasts
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. broccoli
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
- 3/4 c. ReaLemon juice
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 stick butter
- 3/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- Melt margarine in saucepan.
- Add onion and garlic powder; saute.
- Boil chicken until tender; skin and debone.
- Cook and drain broccoli.
- Break chicken into bite size pieces.
- Place chicken, then broccoli, into rectangular baking pan.
- Blend soup, mayonnaise, milk and lemon juice; pour over chicken and broccoli and blend.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for about 45 minutes.
- Remove from oven. Top with shredded cheese.
- Let stand about 15 minutes.
- Serve as main dish or over rice.
