Oven Crisp Chicken

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together sour cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, celery salt, garlic powder and pepper.
  3. Place stuffing mix in a blender or food processor; process until it resembles fine crumbs.
  4. Coat the chicken pieces with the sour cream mixture, then roll in the crumbs.
  5. Place in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
  6. Drizzle with melted butter and bake for 1 hour.
  7. Serves 4.
