Oven Crisp Chicken
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. celery salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb seasoned stuffing mix
- 1 (3 lb.) chicken, cut up
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
- In a small bowl, mix together sour cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, celery salt, garlic powder and pepper.
- Place stuffing mix in a blender or food processor; process until it resembles fine crumbs.
- Coat the chicken pieces with the sour cream mixture, then roll in the crumbs.
- Place in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
- Drizzle with melted butter and bake for 1 hour.
- Serves 4.
