Mexican Fiesta Dip

  1. On large oblong or round platter, spread a layer of refried beans.
  2. Combine avocados, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  3. Spread that mixture on top of beans.
  4. Combine sour cream and taco seasoning.
  5. Spread on top of avocado mixture.
  6. Chop and combine green onions, tomatoes and olives.
  7. Spread in a ring around outside of platter.
  8. Garnish with Cheddar cheese and serve with tortilla chips.
