Bacon-Cheese Quiche Squares
- 1 (8 oz.) can refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
- 3/4 c. (3 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
- 3/4 c. (3 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion or 1/4 c. chopped
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/2 c. sliced, stuffed green olives
- 1/2 c. mushroom stems and pieces (I used canned)
- 6 Tbsp. bacon bits or small can minced ham
- 1 Tbsp. minced parsley
- Separate crescent rolls into two rectangles.
- Place in an ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Press over bottom and 1/4-inch up sides of pan to form crust. Seal perforations.
- Sprinkle cheeses over dough. Combine egg, onion, milk, olives and mushroom pieces. Pour over cheeses. Sprinkle with bacon bits and parsley. Bake at 357u0b0 for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool 5 minutes and cut into squares. Recipe is easily doubled and baked on cookie sheet.
