Mexican Dinner
- 3 lb. ground beef
- 2 small onions, chopped
- 1 lb. processed cheese
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (15 oz.) can Ranch Style beans, drained
- 1 (10 oz.) can tomatoes and green chilies
- 2 c. sour cream
- 1 (8 oz.) bag tortilla chips
- 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- Brown beef and onion.
- Add processed cheese.
- Stir in soups, beans and tomatoes and green chilies until well mixed and cheese is melted.
- Remove from heat; stir in sour cream.
- In a greased 9 x 13-inch dish, layer meat mixture with tortilla chips, beginning with meat mixture.
- Top with grated Cheddar cheese.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
